The program must be downloaded to your cell phone through a QR provided at the entrance of the hall on totems and screens and you can check it during the show. Admission and Refund Policies
Tickets purchased are the sole responsibility of the person making the purchase. In case of misuse, Fundación Teatro del Lago is exempt from total responsibility.
- The doors of Teatro del Lago will open 45 minutes before the start of the show.
- Once the show has begun, access to the hall will not be allowed.
- Ticket exchanges are accepted up to 48 hours before the show.
Ticket returns are accepted up to 7 days before the show. - The refund percentage will correspond to 50% of the total value of the ticket.
- No food or beverages of any kind are allowed in the room.
- Children 2 years of age and older are allowed in the classroom. Parents are responsible
for their children's behavior in the classroom. - No photographs or recordings may be taken inside the hall, since
each work has intellectual and creative rights that strictly control
their reproduction. In addition, the flash of a camera can alter the concentration of
artist and the smooth running of the show. - Teatro del Lago reserves the right to modify its programming, dates and schedules,
for technical, artistic or force majeure reasons. - In case of cancellation of the show, you may opt for the corresponding refund
or the subsequent subscription for a next show. - If for reasons of force majeure, not attributable to Teatro del Lago, the performance is suspended,
having been presented in part, no refund of the value of the ticket
will be made.
How to get there
To get to Teatro del Lago you must go to the city of Frutillar, which can be accessed through Ruta 5 Panamericana Santiago-Puerto Montt.
From Argentina one of the most used routes is Ruta 215 through Paso Cardenal Samoré, to the city of Entre Lagos, then by Ruta U-981-T and then taking Ruta U-55-V, which will take you to the city of Puerto Octay. From this point you can take Route V-155, to access the city by the edge of Lake Llanquihue, or otherwise by Route U-551-V, to get through Frutillar Alto.
If you come from the city of Llanquihue by the coastal route V-305 you will access through the Punta Larga Sector.
From different bus terminals in cities such as Santiago, Concepción, Temuco, Valdivia, there are several bus companies with daily frequencies to Frutillar.
There is also connectivity to and from nearby cities such as Puerto Montt, Puerto Varas, Llanquihue and Puerto Octay through intercity buses that make trips throughout the day.
From the city of Santiago de Chile there are regular flights arriving at El Tepual Airport, located in the city of Puerto Montt or through Carlos Hott Siebert Airport located in the city of Osorno. Frutillar also has a local aerodrome.
