Musicologist José Manuel Izquierdo will lead us through an intimate conversation on the origins of the Hauskonzert and its legacy in our country. In Germany, this type of concert became very popular in the 19th century and was often used as an opportunity for young musicians to perform in front of a larger audience than what was possible in their usual venues.
