How to get to the Teatro del Lago in Frutillar?

Where can I buy a ticket?
Buy your ticket on our website and you’ll automatically receive the e-ticket in your email with a QR code that you can show from your phone.
You can also buy them directly at the Theatre box office.
When should I arrive?
All of our shows begin promptly, so we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to avoid traffic at the entrance of the city and possible delays in finding your seat.
What happens if I am late?
You will have to stay outside the auditorium and watch the show via live streaming while waiting to enter during a break or intermission. Once the show has started, you will not be allowed to enter the auditorium.
Is there a dress code?
No specific attire is required to attend our shows. We ask that you dress appropriately for the occasion.
Is there a parking lot?
Yes, on Vicente Pérez Rosales Avenue between Antonio Varas and Manuel Rodríguez streets.
At what age can children enter a show?
We welcome children as young as 5 to attend any show. We recommend that you check the suggested age for each show before purchasing tickets.
Everyone including children must have the correct ticket to enter the theatre.
Is there a coat check?
Yes, but due to current health conditions our coat check service is not available.
How can I find my seat?
A team of ushers that will help you find your seat and provide general information about the show and the services available is stationed at the Theatre entrance and each access door. They will follow all necessary precautions set out by existing sanitary measures.
Is there food for sale?
Yes, Fuga del Lago restaurant (located in the same building as the Theatre) sells food and beverages, but remember they are not allowed inside the auditorium.
Can I use my cell phone and/or electronic devices in the theatre?
You can use them before and after the show outside of the auditorium.
Once you are in your seat, we ask that you turn off all electronic devices (cell phone, tablet, camera, video, etc.) because the light and sound of these devices can distract and interrupt the artists on stage.
Is there assistance available for purchasing tickets?
Yes, you can contact our ticketing team who can assist you with the purchase process.
Is any assistance provided inside the Theatre?
Our security teams and ushers are trained to assist people with special needs. Additionally, the ticket sales platform indicates the wheelchair-accessible areas.
Can I bring my guide dog?
Absolutely. Service dogs are permitted with the proper accreditation.
Are there restrooms for people with special needs?
Yes, restrooms are located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels of the Theatre.
Where can I find parking?
There are two parking spaces for people with special needs in front of the Theatre.

Theatre Access
• Admission to the Theatre will be done in sections with even-numbered sections using the north access and odd-numbered sections using the south access.
• Facemasks are mandatory.
• Temperature checks are done upon entering the Theatre.
• The personal data of those with tickets must be submitted for tracing purposes, which will be validated with an ID card at the Theatre entrance.
• There are several hand sanitizing stations available for the public.
• Seating capacity will be reduced as authorized by the Ministry of Health.
Exiting the auditorium
• At the end of the show, the audience must wait in their seats for instructions from theater staff who will guide their exit.
Cleaning and Disinfection
• Continuous disinfection is done in common areas of the Theatre and the auditorium before and after the show.
